Ever prosaic,
yet at times profound am I.
Wherefore I know not.
I'm working on starting this journal, slowly, bit by bit. It's about # 667 on my list of 1000 things to do in a lifetime. My interests describe most of what I feel is important about me for now.
I consider keeping a journal such of this an act of metaphorical public autoeroticism. I'm not entirely sure I want everyone to see what I might put here, but, then again, what the hell do I care if someone doesn't care for it?
One word of warning: don't expect whole consistancy or uniformity in the the ideas I might express, at least, not beyond any individual day. This is my own space, and I'd rather play with ideas without having to worry about such things, at least until I'm being quoted. In other words, look down before you step in something here. :) I'm not some sort of post-modern, but I appreciate the practical value of that perspective (or, rather, perspectives) and the freedom it offers. Beyond that, I'd like to hear whatever you have to share.
